Request access to or deletion of your data

Email us with the subject “Draft Command — Data request” and tell us whether you want a copy of your data or its deletion. If available, include the player ID shown in the game and describe the data concerned. Do not post the ID publicly.

We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to your data. We will explain the records we can locate, the action available, and any reason that requires retaining some data. This is an email request process, not an instant deletion button.

Data on your device

Remove an individual friend from the in-game friends list. To clear local saves and settings on Android, use system Settings → Apps → Draft Command → Storage → Clear data. Labels vary by device. This may lose your guest identity and its recovery path; save your player ID first if you need it for a support request.

Clearing app data on a device does not request deletion of online service data. A game-data deletion request does not delete your Epic account itself.

Something went wrong?

Include the game version, device model, and steps leading to the issue. You may attach a screenshot after removing personal information. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private keys.
